North frontages in Plac Centralny, view towards the B-31 (Centrum B) Estate and the exit of Lenin Alley (now Solidarności Alley), a residential building with shops on the ground floor and scaffolding used by plasterers. Later on, there was a shoe shop in the arcade. The chandeliers, furniture and display cases were designed by Marian Steczowic and Barbara Gołajewska. The shop next door sold fabrics; it was called “Merino” and had large mirrors, decorative chandeliers and massive furniture. Its interior was designed by Zdzisław Szpyrkowski. There was also a jewellery shop with crystal chandeliers, designed by Czesław Wallis (?), followed by the shop of the Cepelia Centre for Folk and Art Industry boasting such interesting features as metal chandeliers with hand-painted ceramic elements, coloured ceramic plates placed in coffers and massive furniture. Ceramic elements and decoration were produced by the Kamionka Art and Craft Cooperative from Łysa Góra, and the furniture by Meble Artystyczne Art and Craft Cooperative from Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. Później od prawej strony, pod arkadami znajdował się na parterze sklep obuwniczy. Projektantem żyrandoli, mebli oraz gablot wystawienniczych był Marian Steczowicz wspólnie z Barbarą Gołajewską. Obok znajdował się sklep z materiałami tekstylnymi „Merino” z wielkimi lustrami, ozdobnymi żyrandolami i masywnymi meblami. Wnętrze zaprojektował Zdzisław Szpyrkowski. Kolejnym lokalem użytkowym był sklep jubilerski z kryształowymi żyrandolami. Projektantem wystroju wnętrza był Czesław Wallis (?). Za nim umiejscowiony był sklep Centrali Przemysłu Ludowego i Artystycznymi „Cepelia”. Na szczególna uwagę zasługiwały w nim: metalowe żyrandole z ręcznie malowanymi elementami ceramicznymi, kolorowe talerze ceramiczne umieszczone w kasetonach oraz uzupełniające całość wystroju wnętrza masywne meble. Elementy i ozdoby ceramiczne wykonała Spółdzielnia rzemiosła Artystycznego „Kamionka” z Łysej Góry, a meble Spółdzielnia Rękodzieła Artystycznego „Meble Artystyczne" z Kalwarii Zebrzydowskiej.
