On the ground floor of the first building, on the right, there is a restaurant called “Stylowa” (originally a café), opened in July 1956 and operating since without intermission. In the neighbouring building, on the B-31 Estate, the Desa shop trading in artworks and antiques occupied a space on the ground floor, but was later replaced by the Exhibition Salon of the Friends of Fine Arts Society, opened in the 1960s.
